Deploying Citrix XenApp in Microsoft Azure

At the risk of sounding like a commercial for Citrix, I have to say I am impressed with the initial results of this very-easy-to-deploy Azure-based POC.  If you have an immediate need for an RDS or XenApp type solution, you would do well to give the Citrix XenApp 7.13 Trial a spin.  If nothing else, it is a fun exercise and another reason to play in the Microsoft Azure playground!

If you need a cloud-based solution but can wait a bit, you might want to check out XenApp Essentials.  Another alternative, yet, would be to deploy an RDS farm right in Azure.
