How to Connect Azure Virtual Networks via VPN

At this point, I had two virtual networks connected by a site-to-site VPN but I wanted to test to make sure it worked so I deployed two Windows 2016 servers - one to each network and confirmed I could ping back and forth. Before testing, though, I turned off Windows Firewall on both machines (don't forget this part!).

Ping worked both ways and confirmed that my VPN worked.
