How to Claim the Guarantee:
Filing a Test-Pass Guarantee claim is easy. Simply scan and send your exam score reports showing the date and score of the exams you have taken, along with your Understanding Azure email receipt to: refunds@understandingazure.com.
All Test-Pass Guarantee refunds are made to the credit card used for the original purchase. For practice tests purchased at a discounted price, the refund will be prorated to reflect the actual purchase price of the practice test.
Understanding Azure will revoke access to the practice test being refunded.
This policy only applies to practice tests purchased on this website and identified as qualifying for this guarantee. Failed exams taken prior to the purchase of the practice test voids this offer.
